• Results vary per individual based on skin type, condition, and compliance.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.

• Any medical procedure carries inherent risks. These will be explained during your consultation.

2. Eligibility

By booking a service or signing up as a member, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older (or have parental consent if underage).

• You do not have contraindicated medical conditions unless cleared by your doctor.
   

 

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments can be booked via the website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a fee or forfeit of session credit (if prepaid).
   

 

4. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Payments can be made online or in-clinic via UPI, card, or cash.

• Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.

• Refunds for unused packages, if applicable, will be processed at management discretion after written request.
   

 

5. Member's Area

Registered members may access exclusive content, offers, or programs via the Member’s Area.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse or breach of these terms.
