Intralesional Injections - Scars, Keloid

Targeted Treatments for Keloids, Scars, and Resistant Warts

More Information

Intralesional therapy involves injecting medication directly into a skin lesion to reduce size, thickness, inflammation, or infection—making it a powerful tool in treating stubborn dermatological conditions that don’t respond well to creams or oral medication. At Dermagique Studio, we use this method to treat: Keloid scars and hypertrophic scars Chronic nodulocystic acne Stubborn warts (especially periungual or plantar) Dermatofibromas and sebaceous cysts (selectively) Inflamed cysts or localized psoriasis plaques The type of medication used (e.g., corticosteroids, 5-FU, immunomodulators) is chosen based on your condition and skin type. Treatments are quick, relatively painless, and usually spaced 3–4 weeks apart for best results. This is a medically necessary procedure performed under dermatologist supervision, and is highly effective in both cosmetic and functional skin improvement.
